"SOMETHING OLD, SOMETHING NEW, SOMETHING BORROWED, SOMETHING BLUE!"

No, I don’t want to talk about my wedding. 😉 It was a great day though.
I’m answering the question interior designers get asked constantly:
“What is your design style?”
There’s a lot to choose from: Transitional, Traditional, Mid-Century, Coastal, Minimalist... it’s overwhelming. Plus, we’re bombarded with the "Color of the Year" and endless trend reports. (And what if you hate that color of the year?)

How do we make sure a home represents US?
Designing a home that shows your personality shouldn't be stressful—it should be liberating!
Here is my recipe: ✨
Contrast: Pieces with patina and character, combined with refreshing contemporary items.

Mindfulness: A deliberate composition of colors, patterns, and textures. ✨

Emotion: A living experience that makes you happy every day.
It’s the antique vase from your granny. The throw that reminds you of a luxury spa day. The wallpaper that makes you smile. The chair that gives you a hug after a long day.
That is character through YOUR style. When your home is your castle, you are the royalty. 👑
And THAT'S my design style!
